Factory Wheels

Large Trucks and SUV's tend to have an 8 Lug pattern.  They can also be a 10 lug pattern as well.

When you start looking for replacement factory wheels, make sure you have all your measurements handy.  Even though oem wheels were kept pretty similar to keep costs down, there might be some differences in hub diameter, the lug nuts, etc.  In fact, you might be able to find something that will work for you from other manufacturers as well.  For example, at one time, Chevy wheels had a larger hub diameter so sometimes their wheels would work on Ford trucks, but not the other way around.

Another thing to watch about replacement factory wheels is that used wheels might have some damage to them you aren't aware of.  There are many websites out there that have new replacement oem wheels, but it is cheaper to find them used.  Just do your homework to keep from getting stuck with a dud.

Finally, know that most factory wheels are steel although alloys are getting more common these days.  If you are looking at steel wheels, be sure to check for rust and rim damage.  If you are looking at alloy wheels, watch for rim damage and for a white corrosion.  It's pretty obvious, but be vigilant.
